Filamento PLA Silk & Seda
O filamento PLA Silk, por vezes chamado de PLA Seda, distingue-se pela sua aparência visual única: um brilho acetinado e uma suavidade de superfície raramente alcançada com materiais padrão. A sua composição baseia-se em PLA enriquecido com aditivos que alteram a difusão da luz na superfície da peça, criando assim este efeito "seda" característico.
Propriedades técnicas
Acabamento estético superior: o PLA Silk é perfeito para a criação de objetos de apresentação, figuras, troféus ou elementos decorativos. O seu brilho mascara parcialmente as camadas de impressão, tornando a superfície visualmente mais fluida.
Facilidade de impressão: imprime com a simplicidade de um filamento clássico, a baixas temperaturas (190-220 °C), sem necessidade de uma plataforma de aquecimento elevada.
Boa adesão entre camadas: a fluidez do material favorece uma ligação sólida e regular, reduzindo os riscos de delaminação.
Compatibilidade universal: é adequado para a maioria das impressoras, sem necessidade de um compartimento fechado ou condições especiais.
Limitações e precauções
Resistência mecânica reduzida: o PLA Silk é acima de tudo um material estético. A sua estrutura ligeiramente modificada para o brilho torna-o menos rígido do que o PLA padrão.
Sensível ao calor: amolece acima de 55-60 °C; portanto, não é recomendado para peças expostas a altas temperaturas.
Adesão à plataforma: a superfície muito lisa pode exigir o uso de um adesivo ou de uma fita de cama para garantir a aderência da primeira camada.
Conselhos de impressão
- Temperatura do bico: 200 - 215 °C, dependendo da marca e da cor.
- Plataforma: 50-60 °C recomendado, mas não obrigatório.
- Velocidade: entre 40 e 60 mm/s para manter o brilho.
- Ventilação: moderada a forte para evitar filamentos e acentuar a nitidez dos contornos.
- Armazenamento: protegido da umidade, pois o PLA Silk é sensível à absorção de água.
