O PolyCast da Polymaker foi desenvolvido para a impressão 3D de moldes aplicados na fundição de precisão. A impressão 3D surge como uma alternativa moderna aos métodos tradicionais, reduzindo significativamente custos e prazos de produção, além de oferecer maior liberdade de design.
Permite imprimir moldes para a produção de peças metálicas de forma mais rápida e económica do que com processos convencionais. Por ser compatível com o Polysher, as peças metálicas resultantes apresentam excelente qualidade de superfície.
Com queima limpa e sem resíduos e ótimo acabamento superficial, o PolyCast é ideal para peças metálicas de geometrias complexas ou pequenas séries de produção.
Queima limpa e sem resíduos: O PolyCast SP802C queima completamente no forno sem deixar resíduos, garantindo moldes limpos e prontos para o vazamento.
Económico: O uso do PolyCast da Polymaker permite reduzir significativamente os custos em comparação com a fundição tradicional de cera perdida, que exige ferramentas específicas.
Polível antes da fundição: Para obter uma superfície lisa e uniforme, o PolyCast pode ser polido no Polysher, eliminando as marcas de camadas de impressão.
Fácil de imprimir: O PolyCast imprime em condições semelhantes ao PLA, com excelente estabilidade dimensional e sem warping.
O PolyCast Natural pode ser facilmente impresso em qualquer impressora 3D FDM equipada com mesa aquecida e ventilação. Temperatura de extrusão recomendada: 200–230°C, mesa: 30–70°C, velocidade: 40–90 mm/s.
As peças impressas com PolyCast podem ser pós-processadas com o Polysher, etapa recomendada para garantir superfícies uniformes e moldes de sucesso.
O PolyCast SP802C é sensível à humidade; deve ser armazenado em ambiente seco ou usado com a PolyBox para preservar a qualidade de impressão.
