A Shining 3D AccuFab-CEL foi projetada para profissionais de odontologia e laboratórios. Combina alta precisão, produção rápida e uma plataforma aberta para materiais, atendendo às necessidades de modelos ortodônticos, guias cirúrgicos e próteses. O rigor do processo e a automação das etapas facilitam o uso diário e garantem qualidade constante.
Com tempos de impressão de apenas 11 minutos para uma coroa ou 14 minutos para um modelo ortodôntico (espessura 100 µm), esta máquina permite aumentar a produtividade sem comprometer a qualidade.
A tecnologia desenvolvida permite atingir uma precisão de ±35 µm graças a uma iluminação uniforme e mecânica otimizada, garantindo ajustes confiáveis para as aplicações odontológicas mais exigentes.
A Shining 3D AccuFab-CEL suporta mais de dez resinas dedicadas (splints, modelos, próteses) e é compatível com fornecedores externos, oferecendo liberdade na escolha dos materiais e mantendo uma integração fluida no fluxo de produção.
A resolução de 5760×3600 px reproduz os menores detalhes e oferece superfícies muito lisas, essenciais para peças dentárias com geometria complexa.
Estão disponíveis dois formatos de plataforma com suporte cerâmico (70×70×180 mm e 192×120×180 mm), garantindo alta durabilidade e adaptabilidade ideal para projetos de pequena ou grande escala.
A temperatura e a umidade da cabine são monitoradas e exibidas continuamente; em condições desfavoráveis, um pré-aquecimento é iniciado automaticamente, reduzindo os riscos de falhas e estabilizando a qualidade de impressão.
O usuário é guiado passo a passo pelo software integrado e a função «One-Click Lock» permite travar a plataforma com um único clique, simplificando consideravelmente a inicialização.
A impressora integra-se facilmente em redes de TI: pode ser controlada e monitorada remotamente via Wi-Fi ou Ethernet, facilitando a gestão de arquivos e do parque de máquinas.
O software integrado (AccuWare) inclui módulos de design (CreSplint, CreTemp, AccuDesign) e um slicer inteligente capaz de reconhecer superfícies automaticamente, gerar suportes e preparar a impressão com um clique.
A conexão «Printer on Cloud» permite acompanhar, controlar e iniciar impressões remotamente através de navegador ou smartphone.
Apreciamos especialmente a AccuFab-CEL pela combinação de velocidade e precisão, volume modular e flexibilidade de materiais. A interface intuitiva e as funções de controle ambiental facilitam uma produção confiável, mesmo em ambientes exigentes. No entanto, manutenção rigorosa e calibração regular continuam essenciais para manter desempenho ótimo a longo prazo.
