PolyMide PA6-GF Cinza 1,75mm desenvolvido pela Polymaker é um material 3D muito resistente e resistente a impactos.
Também desenvolvido para suportar altas temperaturas (191°C), permite a produção de peças funcionais, como engrenagens, com excelente durabilidade e desempenho.
Este PA6-6 reforçado com fibra de vidro é amplamente utilizado para impressão 3D de peças que operam em ambientes onde as temperaturas atingem 190°C.
Com excelente adesão entre camadas, este PA6-GF premium é mais fácil de imprimir que um PA6 padrão e mantém alta precisão dimensional.
Graças à tecnologia Warp-Free desenvolvida pela Polymaker, este filamento 3D também pode ser impresso sem câmara aquecida.
Resistência a altas temperaturas: PolyMide PA6-GF Cinza da Polymaker oferece alta resistência térmica (191°C).
Adesão das camadas: PolyMide PA6-GF Cinza proporciona excelente adesão entre camadas graças à dispersão controlada da matriz de poliamida.
Alta resistência: PolyMide PA6-GF é um filamento com alta rigidez e durabilidade (Charpy: 16,5 kJ/m2).
A impressão 3D com PolyMide PA6-GF Cinza deve ser realizada com temperatura de extrusão entre 280 e 300°C, cama aquecida entre 25 e 50°C (máx.) e velocidade de impressão de 60 a 70mm/s.
Sendo um nylon reforçado com fibra de vidro abrasivo, recomenda-se o uso de um bico resistente à abrasão como o Solex3D com bico de rubi. Um bico padrão pode ser completamente danificado após imprimir apenas 100g.
Para obter as propriedades máximas da peça 3D, assar a peça por 2h no forno é ideal.
Para geometrias complexas, é útil usar uma impressora 3D de dupla extrusão. Neste caso, recomenda-se um material de suporte dedicado como Polydissolve.
Recomendamos também armazenar o filamento em uma caixa dedicada como a PolyBox para evitar a absorção de umidade. Se necessário, secar a 80°C por 12 horas.
Este filamento PA6-GF Cinza é compatível com a maioria das impressoras 3D do mercado e está disponível em versões de 1,75mm e 2,85mm, bem como em 2kg.
