Ultrafuse PA BASF Este filamento é o resultado do trabalho da 's para integrar o Ultramid® no mundo da impressão 3D. PA6 U ma liga de e PA66 de viscosidade intermédia que oferece propriedades mecânicas e térmicas muito interessantes.
Ultrafuse PA PA6 O filamento oferece uma maior resistência ao impacto e ao desgaste do que o padrão ou PA66. É ideal para o fabrico de peças industriais nos sectores da engenharia, automóvel e aeroespacial, para citar apenas alguns.
Resistência mecânica: tem uma resistência mecânica muito elevada e é muito resistente ao impacto, ao desgaste e à deformação.
Material de alta rigidez: Pode imprimir peças 3D e modelos semi-flexíveis ou peças muito rígidas, dependendo da espessura da peça impressa.
Baixa temperatura de fusão: A temperatura de fusão deste filamento é relativamente baixa, tornando-o imprimível em muitas impressoras 3D profissionais.
Ultrafuse PA PA6O filamento é um Nylon /66 que é relativamente fácil de imprimir. Necessitará de uma impressora capaz de extrudir o filamento a uma temperatura de 220 a 250°Ce de uma placa de aquecimento capaz de atingir 120°C. Ultrafuse PA Recomendamos-lhe que utilize uma cola para aumentar a aderência do filamento à placa durante a impressão.
Ultrafuse O PA filamento é muito sensível à humidade e recomendamos que o mantenha num forno, como uma placa de aquecimento Polybox e seque-o bem, se necessário.
