O filamento ABS é muitas vezes criticado pela dificuldade de impressão, mas com o BASF Ultrafuse Fusion+ Natural, consegue-se uma alta taxa de sucesso nas impressões 3D.
O Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural encaixa-se perfeitamente no setor industrial oferecendo propriedades mecânicas excecionais. Ideal para produção e design de peças técnicas funcionais.
Resistência mecânica: Sua mistura de ABS BASF e SMA (Styrene Maleic Anhydride) oferece excelentes propriedades mecânicas e térmicas, além de elevada precisão dimensional das peças impressas em 3D.
Fácil de imprimir: Sua alta qualidade permite imprimir diretamente sobre a mesa aquecida sem produtos adesivos adicionais.
Compatível com suportes solúveis: O filamento Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural é compatível com suportes solúveis, permitindo a produção de peças complexas em dupla extrusão.
A impressão do filamento Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural da BASF é simples. É necessária uma impressora 3D capaz de extrudar o filamento entre 240 e 260°C a uma velocidade de 40 a 80 mm/s. A mesa aquecida deve ser ajustada entre 100 e 120°C. A BASF recomenda a aplicação de uma camada fina de spray para proteger a mesa durante a impressão.
