O filamento Ultrafuse® PET CF15 é um filamento de engenharia optimizado para permitir aos utilizadores desenvolver novas aplicações de impressão 3D com requisitos mais elevados. Com a sua superior resistência ao calor, elevada força e rigidez, este filamento é adequado para uma vasta gama de aplicações industriais exigentes. A sua elevada estabilidade dimensional e muito baixa absorção de humidade fazem dele uma solução perfeita para aplicações em ambientes operacionais húmidos.
Este filamento de engenharia é mais fácil de processar do que outros filamentos reforçados com fibra de carbono. Os utilizadores poderão imprimir em 3D novos componentes que permanecem totalmente funcionais sob cargas mecânicas e térmicas mais elevadas.
Funciona em qualquer impressora 3D de filamentos equipada com um bocal reforçado.
Além disso, o Ultrafuse PET CF15 é compatível com o BVOH, o material de suporte solúvel em água e o HIPS, tornando possível imprimir geometrias complexas que funcionam em ambientes agressivos.
O filamento BASF Ultrafuse PET CF15 é fácil de imprimir. Precisa de uma impressora 3D que possa extrudir o filamento entre 250 e 270°C a uma velocidade entre30 e 80mm/s. A placa deve ser aquecida a uma temperatura entre 65 e 85°C. A BASF recomenda a utilização de uma ligeira camada de cola para proteger a placa durante a impressão.
