Ultrafuse PP GF30 é um material compósito altamente técnico. Baseado em PP (polipropileno) e reforçado com 30% de fibra de vidro, é adequado para as aplicações mais exigentes.
Com excelente resistência química e aos raios UV, este filamento é particularmente indicado para a indústria automóvel. As propriedades do PP são amplamente reforçadas com a adição de fibra de vidro. Leve e pouco sensível à humidade, também oferece uma elevada resistência térmica.
Todos estes benefícios tornam o Ultrafuse PP GF30 uma excelente escolha para ferramentas, peças de desgaste ou componentes funcionais.
Desempenho mecânico: O filamento compósito BASF PP GF30 é extremamente resistente e robusto. Combina a flexibilidade e a resistência do PP com maior rigidez graças à fibra de vidro desenvolvida especialmente para filamentos de impressão 3D – garantindo qualidade de extrusão e alto desempenho.
Resistência química: O polipropileno (PP), base deste filamento compósito GF30, oferece excelente versatilidade em termos de resistência química.
Resistência térmica: Este material técnico para impressão 3D oferece excelentes propriedades térmicas. Com uma temperatura de deflexão sob carga (0,45 MPa) de 127 °C, resiste bem a elevadas exigências térmicas.
A impressão com o filamento PP GF30 requer conhecimentos avançados de fabrico aditivo e cuidados específicos. Em termos de adesão à base, este filamento de PP é conhecido pela sua elevada sensibilidade ao warping em peças “espessas”.
É recomendável fabricar estruturas finas em vez de objetos sólidos. Em todos os casos, é essencial utilizar uma solução adesiva específica. O adesivo Magigoo PP GF30 é perfeitamente adequado para esta aplicação. Existem também outros revestimentos específicos disponíveis.
Outro ponto crítico é a elevada abrasividade deste filamento na maioria dos sistemas de extrusão. O elevado teor de fibra de vidro no PP GF30 exige o uso de um bico reforçado com um diâmetro mínimo de 0,5 mm.
