O filamento Ultrafuse PA é o resultado do trabalho da BASF para integrar o Ultramid® no universo da impressão 3D. É uma liga de PA6 e PA66 com viscosidade intermediária que oferece excelentes propriedades mecânicas e térmicas.
Ultrafuse PA proporciona maior resistência a impactos e ao desgaste em comparação com o PA6 ou PA66 padrão. É ideal para a produção de peças industriais nos setores da engenharia, automóvel e aeroespacial.
Resistência mecânica: Ultrafuse PA tem uma elevada resistência mecânica e excelente desempenho contra impactos, desgaste e deformação.
Material de alta rigidez: É possível imprimir peças semi-flexíveis ou muito rígidas conforme a espessura da peça impressa.
Baixa temperatura de fusão: O filamento Ultrafuse PA possui um ponto de fusão relativamente baixo, tornando-o compatível com muitas impressoras 3D profissionais.
Ultrafuse PA é um Nylon PA6/66 relativamente fácil de imprimir. Exige uma impressora que funcione entre 220 e 250 °C e uma mesa aquecida que atinja até 120 °C. Recomenda-se o uso de cola para melhorar a adesão ao leito de impressão.
Este filamento é muito sensível à umidade. Aconselhamos guardá-lo em uma caixa seca como a Polybox e secá-lo cuidadosamente quando necessário.
