O Polymaker Fiberon™ PPS‑GF20 é um filamento técnico com base em PPS, um polímero semicristalino reconhecido pela sua estabilidade térmica e química. Reforçado com 20% de fibra de vidro, combina robustez, precisão dimensional e fiabilidade ao longo do tempo, mesmo em ambientes agressivos.
Graças às suas propriedades isolantes e comportamento autoextinguível, é perfeitamente adequado à fabricação de caixas eletrónicas, suportes isolantes ou componentes técnicos sujeitos a fortes tensões térmicas.
Este filamento destaca-se também pela baixa absorção de humidade, garantindo impressão estável e consistente. Pode ser uma alternativa económica e de alto desempenho a materiais como PEEK ou ULTEM, mantendo-se compatível com impressoras industriais de alta temperatura.
