Combinando a facilidade de impressão do PLA com as propriedades mecânicas das fibras de linho, o PLA Linho Nanovia permite produzir peças mecânicas facilmente. A tonalidade da peça pode variar conforme a temperatura de impressão.
Este filamento compósito biobaseado, certificado sem disruptores endócrinos, pode escurecer dependendo da temperatura de impressão até 260°C. O efeito orgânico deste compósito torna-o ideal para criar objetos decorativos, como artigos de design, brinquedos e muito mais.
Resistência mecânica: A adição de fibras de linho neste PLA aumenta a sua resistência mecânica.
Variação de cor: Dependendo da temperatura de extrusão, você pode escurecer o filamento e alterar a sua aparência e cor.
Fabricado na França: O PLA Linho é biobaseado e produzido nas instalações da Nanovia na Bretanha.
O PLA Linho Natural Nanovia é compatível com todas as impressoras 3D abertas com extrusão de 1,75mm. Adere bem a qualquer mesa aquecida.
Recomendamos definir a temperatura de extrusão entre 200 e 230°C para condições de impressão ideais. Uma velocidade de impressão de 40 a 60 mm/s e uma mesa aquecida entre 50 e 70°C também são recomendadas.
Um bico de 0,5mm também é recomendado, pois este é um material reforçado com fibras.
