Ultrafuse BASFO filamento 17-4 PH é um filamento de impressão 3D metálico muito específico desenvolvido pelo ramo Forward AM do fabricante. Não é um filamento cujo objetivo é oferecer uma aparência metálica, mas sim um material que permite o fabrico de objectos 100% metálicos em aço inoxidável (Tipo 630) a partir de filamento 3D em 2 etapas.
Ultrafuse FDM Este filamento 17-4 PH é bastante revolucionário, tornando possível a produção de peças para sinterização utilizando uma impressora 3D convencional. A sinterização é um processo de aquecimento a alta temperatura (>1000°C) que separa o plástico do metal. Uma vez libertado o plástico, o metal entra na fase de fusão, permitindo a reestruturação final do objeto 100% metálico.
É nesta altura que ocorre a retração dimensional (que deve ser antecipada).
Este processo de impressão em 2 fases começa consigo a imprimir a peça verde ou a peça a ser sinterizada e, em seguida, um prestador de serviços externo efectua a fase final de sinterização. Este filamento único combinado com um fornecedor de serviços dedicado é a receita para minimizar os custos de produção das suas peças metálicas.
BASF
Com este filamento 17-4 PH, pode aceder à tecnologia de impressão metálica por deposição de camadas sem ter de fazer um grande investimento. Com uma resistência mecânica muito elevada a temperaturas até 315°C e à corrosão, as peças impressas em 3D com 17-4 PH são ideais para os sectores automóvel, petroquímico, aeroespacial e médico.
BASFImpressão metálica acessível: Este filamento 17-4 PH (cujo nome deriva do aço inoxidável de que é feito) foi desenvolvido por e é o primeiro filamento a permitir a impressão fiável de uma peça metálica para sinterização. FDM Disponível para a maioria das impressoras 3D, este processo de fabrico em duas etapas é rápido, eficiente e económico.
Melhor capacidade de impressão e maior dureza: A conceção deste filamento de elevado teor de compostos baseia-se numa matriz plástica que permite um bom deslizamento da rosca, uma extrusão eficiente e uma boa ligação entre camadas, apesar do elevado teor de metal. Esta versão 17-4 PH apresenta uma menor deformação e uma melhor resistência mecânica.
Ultrafuse Método de sinterização optimizado: A utilização do filamento 17-4 PH permite dispor de uma solução de sinterização específica. Utilizando cupões específicos (1 cupão = 1 quilo de peça a sinterizar), é fácil e rápido beneficiar desta solução completa.

Ultrafuse O filamento 17-4 PH requer configurações adequadas. Recomendamos que utilize os perfis de impressão existentes para respeitar as restrições específicas deste filamento. A impressão deve ser precisa e coerente, com uma densidade de enchimento, espessuras de casca, fluxo e outros parâmetros a utilizar. Estes parâmetros são extremamente importantes para a segunda fase de processamento.
É necessária uma gestão específica dos suportes de impressão e a utilização da dupla extrusão ajudará nesta segunda fase. FDM O 17-4 PH é compatível com a maioria das impressoras ou impressoras FFF, mas é realmente recomendado para impressoras profissionais. Tenha cuidado para não exceder a temperatura de extrusão recomendada, caso contrário o produto será altamente tóxico.
Magigoo A utilização de uma solução adesiva específica ( Metal) é igualmente recomendada para evitar que as suas peças se soltem durante a impressão. A utilização de um bocal de aço endurecido é também altamente recomendada devido à natureza altamente abrasiva deste fio 3D.
