O PLA Metal da Bambu Lab é ideal para projetos que exigem uma estética metálica, como objetos decorativos, protótipos ou peças funcionais.
Sua facilidade de impressão e compatibilidade com o sistema AMS da Bambu Lab permitem um uso sem complicações, mesmo para iniciantes na impressão 3D.
Seja para criações artísticas ou protótipos estéticos, este filamento adiciona uma dimensão metálica às suas criações.
Acabamento metálico sem partículas metálicas: O filamento oferece uma textura e um brilho metálicos sem conter partículas metálicas reais, facilitando a impressão e reduzindo o desgaste do bico.
Alta resistência a impactos: Apesar de sua composição estética, o PLA Metal mantém uma resistência a impactos relativamente alta, garantindo durabilidade e robustez às suas peças impressas.
Facilidade de impressão: Baseado em uma fórmula de PLA comprovada, este filamento é fácil de imprimir e não requer ajustes específicos, tornando-o adequado tanto para iniciantes quanto para usuários experientes.
Para um uso ideal do PLA Metal da Bambu Lab, recomenda-se definir a temperatura de extrusão entre 190 e 230°C e a temperatura da mesa entre 35 e 45°C. A velocidade de impressão pode chegar a 300mm/s.
Além disso, todas as informações sobre os parâmetros de impressão estão integradas em um chip RFID e são lidas automaticamente pelo sistema AMS, simplificando o processo de impressão.
