O PLA-CF da Bambu Lab é um filamento reforçado com fibras de carbono, proporcionando maior rigidez e resistência em comparação com o PLA padrão. É fácil de imprimir e adequado para iniciantes, além de ser compatível com o sistema AMS.
Projetado para impressões rápidas, apresenta baixo risco de entupimento durante a impressão em alta velocidade. Os objetos impressos têm um acabamento mate com linhas de camada quase invisíveis, tornando-o ideal para aplicações como peças de suporte, brinquedos resistentes ou protótipos funcionais.
Acabamento mate e linhas de camada minimizadas: A adição de fibras de carbono proporciona um acabamento mate único e disfarça eficazmente as linhas de camada, oferecendo uma aparência suave e premium.
Propriedades mecânicas melhoradas: O PLA-CF da Bambu Lab supera o PLA mate em resistência e módulo de flexão nos eixos XY e Z. Isso torna-o mais adequado para modelos que exigem maior resistência.
Estabilidade dimensional durante a impressão: O PLA-CF apresenta baixa retração e resistência ao empenamento, garantindo um ajuste preciso entre as peças impressas.
Facilidade na remoção dos suportes: O PLA-CF permite uma remoção mais fácil das estruturas de suporte em comparação com o PLA clássico, mantendo uma superfície de suporte lisa.
Para um uso ideal do filamento PLA-CF da Bambu Lab, recomenda-se ajustar a temperatura de extrusão entre 210 e 240 °C e a temperatura da mesa entre 35 e 45 °C. Esses parâmetros garantem uma boa aderência e uma qualidade de impressão ótima.
O PLA-CF é compatível com o sistema AMS e permite uma impressão fluida em alta velocidade (velocidade recomendada: <200mm/s) com baixo risco de entupimento (bico mínimo de 0,4 mm, recomendamos um bico de aço de 0,6 mm).
Para melhores resultados, recomenda-se armazenar o filamento em um ambiente seco e garantir que a impressora esteja devidamente calibrada antes da impressão.
