Se você levar uma Carvera além de 3 eixos, o módulo de 4º eixo Makera Carvera transforma uma CNC de mesa em uma máquina capaz de lidar com contornos rotativos e usinagens multidirecionais sem múltiplas fixações.
Este módulo é especificamente projetado para a série Carvera e utiliza um redutor Harmonic Drive: uma tecnologia de acionamento quase sem folga que minimiza erros de posicionamento e jogo durante a rotação. Fundamental para obter repetibilidade e precisão em peças técnicas ou artísticas.
Em uma CNC padrão de 3 eixos, muitas vezes é necessário reposicionar a peça para usinar múltiplas faces ou formas arredondadas – demorado e sujeito a erros. O 4º eixo permite:
MakeraCAM ou alternativas como Fusion 360 e VCarve gerenciam este eixo adicional e geram o G-code correto.
Se deseja levar sua Carvera ao limite, este módulo de 4º eixo não é um acessório: é uma ponte para formas livres, protótipos complexos e acabamentos mais limpos sem multiplicar fixações.
