O Polysher é uma máquina projetada para dar um aspeto liso e brilhante às peças impressas com o filamento PolySmooth da Polymaker. Basta colocar a peça dentro, definir o tempo de polimento e iniciar – não é necessária intervenção durante o processo.
É importante notar que o Polysher é compatível apenas com o filamento PolySmooth. Impressões em PLA, ABS ou outros materiais não são compatíveis e não podem ser tratadas com o Polysher.
O Polysher foi desenvolvido para funcionar com álcool a 70% ou mais (90% recomendado), como isopropanol ou etanol. Após o polimento, deixe a peça secar no Polysher por pelo menos 30 minutos. Um segundo tabuleiro está incluído para iniciar um novo ciclo.
Pós-processamento: Elimina camadas visíveis para um acabamento liso e brilhante.
Volume de construção: Suporta peças até 150 mm de diâmetro e 180 mm de altura.
Segurança: O Polysher para automaticamente se a tampa for aberta durante o processo.
Simplicidade: Nenhuma intervenção manual é necessária durante o polimento.
Líquido utilizado: Isopropanol ou etanol (mínimo 70%, recomendado 90%)
Duração do tratamento: Entre 10 e 30 minutos (consoante o tamanho da peça)
Temperatura de operação: Entre 15 e 32°C
