PolyLite PLA UV Color est un filament PLA novateur qui réagit aux UV et à la lumière du soleil en changeant de couleur.
Fabriqué à partir d'un PLA de haute qualité, ce filament offre une impression facile et une grande stabilité grâce à sa composition à haut poids moléculaire de Natureworks. De plus, sa résistance à la chaleur est renforcée par la technologie Jam-Free de Polymaker.
Expérimentez une transformation magique avec ce PLA unique : lorsque exposé aux UV, sa teinte naturelle se métamorphose en un magnifique Vert Citron, offrant une dynamique visuelle fascinante à vos créations.
Jouez avec la température et laissez la couleur de votre impression évoluer comme par enchantement.
Changement de couleur : Quand il est exposé aux rayons UV, sa couleur d'origine se transforme en un magnifique orange.
Très simple à imprimer : Ce filament garantit une impression aisée et une stabilité exceptionnelle, grâce à sa composition à haut poids moléculaire de Natureworks.

L'impression du PolyLite PLA Pro Green est très simple, voici les recommandations d'impression : température d'extrusion de 190 à 220°C et une vitesse comprise entre 30 et 70mm/s.
La température d'impression recommandée se situe entre 190 ˚C et 230 ˚C. Il est conseillé de maintenir la température du plateau entre 25 ˚C et 60 ˚C pendant l'impression.
La vitesse d'impression optimale quant à elle, varie entre 40 mm/s et 60 mm/s.
Assurez-vous d'activer le ventilateur pendant l'impression. Pour les systèmes d'entraînement direct, une rétraction de 1 mm à une vitesse de 20 mm/s est recommandée. Pour les systèmes d'entraînement indirect, une rétraction de 3 mm à une vitesse de 40 mm/s est préférable.
Si le matériau a absorbé de l'humidité, il est recommandé de le sécher à 55 ˚C pendant 6 heures.
Le Polymaker PolyLite PLA Color Change 1.75mm est compatible avec les imprimantes 3D extrudant du filament de diamètre 1.75mm
