O eSun PLA+ Azul Pervinca - 1.75mm - 1Kg é um filamento PLA de nova geração, desenvolvido para ultrapassar os limites do PLA convencional. A sua formulação otimizada melhora a resistência mecânica, a estabilidade dimensional e a qualidade da superfície, mantendo uma grande facilidade de impressão.
Distingue-se por uma extrusão fluida e uma excelente regularidade do diâmetro, essencial para impressões consistentes. O filamento eSun PLA+ reduz o warping e os problemas de adesão, mesmo em impressões longas. A cor é homogénea e opaca, ideal para protótipos visuais ou objetos decorativos.
Excelente adesão entre camadas e resistência mecânica: o eSun PLA+ oferece uma coesão entre camadas significativamente superior à do PLA standard. Isto resulta em peças mais resistentes, menos frágeis e mais duráveis ao longo do tempo. As impressões resistem melhor a esforços mecânicos ligeiros.
Facilidade de impressão e ampla compatibilidade: uma das principais vantagens do eSun PLA+ 1.75mm é a sua simplicidade de utilização. Imprime facilmente na maioria das impressoras FDM, sem necessidade de câmara fechada, com uma mesa aquecida moderada ou mesmo não aquecida, dependendo da superfície. O controlo rigoroso do diâmetro reduz o risco de entupimentos, subextrusão ou variações de fluxo.
Acabamento de superfície limpo e homogéneo: o eSun PLA+ destaca-se por um acabamento superficial liso, com camadas bem fundidas e pouco visíveis. A cor mantém-se uniforme ao longo de toda a bobina, sem variações ou transparência excessiva. Ideal para peças decorativas, miniaturas, protótipos visuais ou objetos prontos para apresentação.
Para tirar o máximo partido do eSun PLA+ Azul Pervinca – 1.75mm – 1Kg, recomenda-se uma temperatura de bico entre 210 e 230 °C, dependendo da impressora e da velocidade de impressão. Uma mesa aquecida entre 40 e 60 °C melhora a adesão da primeira camada, especialmente em vidro ou superfícies lisas.
É aconselhada ventilação ativa após as primeiras camadas para um melhor acabamento superficial. O PLA+ eSun suporta bem velocidades de impressão padrão e elevadas (até 350 mm/s), mantendo uma extrusão consistente. Para impressões longas, recomenda-se armazenar o filamento num local seco para preservar as suas propriedades mecânicas e estéticas.
