O filamento PolyLite ASA Vermelho 2,85mm é utilizado principalmente para aplicações em um ambiente externo. O objetivo do ASA é resistir às condições climáticas, como radiação UV, umidade e altas temperaturas.
Graças à elevada temperatura de transição vítrea e à sua boa resistência química, o ASA é muito utilizado nos setores da construção, indústria e automotivo.
Este material é mais fácil de imprimir do que o ABS, especialmente em peças grandes, sendo usado para obter protótipos funcionais e peças finais duráveis.
Impressões sem odor: O PolyLite ASA Vermelho da Polymaker garante impressões 3D sem odores.
Boa adesão entre camadas: O filamento PolyLite ASA Vermelho oferece excelente adesão entre camadas.
Resistente aos UV: O filamento PolyLite ASA Vermelho possui alta resistência à radiação UV.
Temperatura de extrusão: 240–260°C, velocidade de impressão: 30–50 mm/s, cama aquecida entre 75–95°C. Recomenda-se o uso de BuildTak e/ou cola adesiva. O PolyLite ASA Vermelho é compatível com impressoras 3D que utilizam filamentos de 1,75mm ou 2,85mm e possuem cama aquecida.
Além disso, recomenda-se o uso de uma solução de armazenamento do material (Polybox) para proteger o filamento da umidade.
