O filamento TPU da Ultimaker é adequado para uma ampla variedade de aplicações, desde protótipos até peças de desgaste ou ferramentas de produção. Este TPU é perfeito para peças impressas em 3D que precisam manter suas características estruturais e superficiais quando expostas a ambientes mecânicos ou químicos exigentes. Além disso, possui elevadas propriedades mecânicas e alongamento de até 580%.
Flexibilidade semelhante à borracha: graças à alta qualidade de fabricação deste filamento e aos perfis otimizados, é fácil obter peças com diferentes níveis de flexibilidade de acordo com as configurações.
Resistência excecional ao desgaste e à ruptura: devido ao seu elevado nível de alongamento, obterá peças com excelente resistência a choques e longa durabilidade.
Para a impressão com TPU 95A, recomenda-se uma temperatura do bico entre 220 e 235°C. Além disso, os perfis TPU 95A são otimizados para imprimir tanto numa base fria quanto numa base aquecida a 70°C. O TPU adere geralmente bem à superfície de impressão, mas é recomendada a aplicação de uma camada fina de cola (como Magigoo Original) para melhorar a adesão e proteger a superfície.
