Graças à sua estabilidade térmica e superior resistência mecânica, este filamento PETG premium de alta velocidade é ideal para peças funcionais, protótipos ou objetos duráveis que necessitam de resistência a impactos e calor. A cor intensa proporciona um acabamento estético uniforme, perfeito para projetos onde a aparência final é tão importante quanto o desempenho.
Este filamento é compatível com a maioria das máquinas equipadas com extrusor padrão e mesa aquecida. Para otimizar suas impressões com High-Speed PETG Forshape Preto, pré-aqueça a mesa a 75-90 °C e extruda a 220-260 °C. Use um fluxo constante e ajuste a velocidade de impressão de acordo com a complexidade do modelo, favorecendo velocidades mais baixas para detalhes finos.
Certifique-se de que a superfície da mesa esteja limpa e ligeiramente adesiva para reduzir warping. Evite imprimir em correntes de ar para manter a temperatura uniforme ao redor da peça, contribuindo para a estabilidade e qualidade final da impressão.
