Resina Forshape Premium 10K Water Washable Amêndoa (Almond) é um fotopolímero de alta qualidade, projetado para impressões 3D precisas, duráveis e fáceis de limpar com água. Oferece excelente nível de detalhes, acabamento suave e baixa retração, ideal para protótipos, figuras e modelos técnicos.
A principal vantagem da resina Forshape Water Washable é a facilidade de limpeza, eliminando a necessidade de álcool isopropílico ou máquinas de limpeza especializadas. Isso não só reduz custos e complexidade no pós-processamento, mas também proporciona uma solução mais rápida, segura e ambientalmente amigável para o pós-processamento das peças impressas.
Limpeza fácil e segura: Esta resina contém elementos hidrofílicos que permitem limpeza direta com água, eliminando o uso de álcool e reduzindo custos com limpeza ou máquinas.
Baixo odor e baixa viscosidade: A formulação reduz odores irritantes, tornando o processo de impressão mais agradável. A baixa viscosidade garante impressões confiáveis com menos falhas.
Alta precisão: Ideal para modelos com superfícies lisas e detalhes finos, proporcionando resultados profissionais e precisos.
Compatibilidade ampla e aplicações diversas: Compatível com a maioria das impressoras 3D LCD e DLP (385-405 nm). Perfeita para uso doméstico, escolar ou profissional, e adequada para produção de brinquedos, figuras, modelos educacionais ou dentários.
Agite bem a resina antes do uso. Armazene protegida da luz e em condições de temperatura controlada para preservar as propriedades mecânicas e a qualidade de impressão.
Após imprimir com Resina Forshape Premium 10K Water Washable Amêndoa (Almond), coloque imediatamente a peça em água limpa ou em sua estação de limpeza pós-impressão. Não é necessário álcool, tornando o processo mais seguro e econômico.
Enxágue cuidadosamente e certifique-se de que a peça esteja completamente seca antes de qualquer pós-cura ou manipulação.
O pós-curado é recomendado para garantir a solidez e estabilidade das peças impressas. O tempo de cura depende do volume da peça e da potência do seu aparelho UV. Geralmente, 15-30 minutos são suficientes.
Dica: Mergulhar as peças na água durante o pós-curado pode reduzir deformações, especialmente útil para modelos complexos como figuras ou joias.
Agite vigorosamente a garrafa antes de cada uso. Sempre use luvas e máscara ao manusear. Este produto não é destinado para uso interno: não ingerir.
Em caso de contato com os olhos, enxágue abundantemente com água e consulte um médico se necessário. Mantenha a resina fora do alcance das crianças.
Armazene a resina entre 15°C e 35°C, protegida da luz, poeira e umidade. A exposição prolongada à luz pode causar cura prematura da resina.
