Agite bem a resina antes de usar. Armazene protegida da luz e em condições de temperatura controlada para preservar suas propriedades mecânicas.
Após a impressão com a resina 10K Tough-X Forshape Premium, coloque imediatamente a peça na cuba de lavagem da sua estação de pós-processamento. Encha o recipiente com álcool isopropílico (IPA) 99,9%, ou pelo menos 95% de concentração.
Inicie a lavagem por alguns minutos, dependendo do tamanho e complexidade da peça. Depois, enxágue com água limpa e seque completamente. É crucial remover todos os resíduos de álcool para evitar manchas brancas ou microfissuras ao longo do tempo.
O pós-curado é essencial para garantir a robustez e estabilidade das peças impressas com a resina Tough-X. O tempo de cura varia conforme o volume da peça e a potência luminosa da câmara UV.
Geralmente, uma exposição de 15 a 30 minutos é suficiente. Para otimizar a qualidade, utilize fluxo de ar fresco após o curado para dissipar o calor residual.
Dica: Mergulhar as peças em água durante o pós-curado ajuda a reduzir o risco de deformações, especialmente útil para modelos complexos como miniaturas ou peças de joalheria.
Antes de cada uso, agite vigorosamente o frasco para homogeneizar a resina. Use sempre luvas e máscara ao manusear. Este produto não é para uso interno: não ingerir nem levar à boca.
Em caso de contato com os olhos, enxágue abundantemente com água e consulte um médico se necessário. Mantenha a resina fora do alcance das crianças.
Armazene a resina entre 15°C e 35°C. Temperaturas muito baixas aumentam a viscosidade e podem afetar o desempenho de impressão rápida. Feche bem o frasco após o uso e guarde em local seco, protegido da poeira e da luz UV. A exposição prolongada à luz pode provocar a cura prematura da resina.
