A Resina Verde Forshape é de qualidade Premium, mas continua económica. Esta resina de impressão 3D foi especialmente desenvolvida para fontes de luz DLP e LCD. Oferece excelentes características técnicas e estéticas para uma resina económica.
A qualidade e composição da Resina Verde Forshape permitem obter uma dureza Shore de 88D, baixa retração e redução de odores. É compatível com 4K e permite obter modelos precisos, com alto nível de detalhe e acabamento liso.
Alto Nível de Detalhe: A resina fotopolimérica Forshape foi projetada para reduzir a contração de volume durante o processo de polimerização, garantindo alta precisão e acabamento liso do modelo impresso.
Alta Resistência: Esta resina padrão tem uma dureza Shore de 88D, conferindo-lhe propriedades técnicas interessantes para uma resina padrão.
Baixo Odor: A composição desta resina padrão permite obter um odor leve e limitar odores irritantes durante a impressão.
Para impressoras LCD com ecrã monocromático, a camada base deve ser de 25 a 50 segundos e o tempo de exposição de cada camada de 2 a 4 segundos. Basta ajustar os tempos de exposição conforme a altura da camada desejada e deixar o resto inalterado.
Coloque a peça impressa na cuba de lavagem da sua estação de pós-processamento e encha com Álcool Isopropílico 99,9% (mínimo de 95%). Limpe a peça durante alguns minutos, enxágue com água antes de secar e certifique-se de que está completamente seca, pois o álcool residual pode causar manchas brancas ou fissuras com o tempo.
O tempo de polimerização do modelo impresso é proporcional ao tamanho da peça e inversamente proporcional à potência óptica do dispositivo de secagem em relação à câmara de polimerização. Em média, o tempo de exposição varia entre 15 e 30 minutos. Não se esqueça de usar ar fresco para secar as peças após a pós-polimerização.
Pode colocar as peças em água durante a pós-polimerização para limitar a deformação, especialmente para figuras e joias.
Agite bem antes de usar. Use máscara e luvas durante a manipulação. Este produto não deve ser ingerido. Manter fora do alcance das crianças. Evitar contacto com os olhos. Em caso de contacto acidental, enxaguar abundantemente com água e consultar um médico, se necessário.
Recomenda-se armazenar a resina a temperaturas entre 15°C e 35°C. Quanto mais baixa for a temperatura de armazenamento, maior será a viscosidade da resina. A garrafa deve estar selada e protegida do pó e da humidade, fatores que podem afetar a qualidade da impressão. Proteja a resina da luz solar, pois a luz ultravioleta pode endurecer a resina fotosensível.
