A Resina 10K Ortho Model Water Washable Forshape Premium é uma resina fotopolimérica de alta precisão, especialmente desenvolvida para a produção de modelos ortodônticos. Combina excelente estabilidade dimensional, alta resistência à temperatura e limpeza simplificada com água, sem necessidade de álcool isopropílico.
Projetada para impressoras 3D LCD e DLP (385–405 nm), esta resina premium e econômica oferece um alto nível de detalhe, acabamento liso e baixa retração, atendendo perfeitamente às exigências de profissionais da odontologia e ortodontia.
Limpeza com água, simples e segura: Graças à sua formulação hidrofílica, esta resina pode ser limpa diretamente com água, eliminando o uso de álcool isopropílico e reduzindo custos, riscos e tempo de pós-processamento.
Alta precisão e acabamento liso: Desenvolvida para minimizar a retração durante a polimerização, garantindo modelos ortodônticos precisos e confiáveis, perfeitamente adequados para termoformagem.
Resistência à temperatura: Ideal para a produção de modelos destinados à termoformagem e à fabricação de alinhadores, com excelente estabilidade dimensional.
Baixo odor e baixa viscosidade: Sua composição limita odores irritantes e melhora a confiabilidade da impressão e o conforto de uso diário.
Ampla compatibilidade: Compatível com a maioria das impressoras 3D de resina LCD e DLP que utilizam comprimentos de onda de 385 a 405 nm. Adequada para uso profissional em clínicas odontológicas, laboratórios ou centros de produção.
Agite bem a resina antes de cada uso. Ajuste os parâmetros de exposição conforme sua impressora, altura de camada e geometria das peças para garantir precisão máxima.
Armazene a resina protegida da luz, em ambiente limpo e com temperatura controlada para preservar suas propriedades mecânicas e a qualidade da impressão.
Após imprimir com a Resina 10K Ortho Model Water Washable Forshape Premium, coloque imediatamente a peça em água limpa ou na sua estação de pós-processamento. Não é necessário álcool, tornando o processo mais seguro, rápido e econômico.
Enxágue bem e certifique-se de que a peça esteja completamente seca antes de qualquer pós-cura ou manipulação.
A pós-cura é recomendada para garantir resistência, estabilidade dimensional e térmica dos modelos ortodônticos.
O tempo de cura depende do volume da peça e da potência do seu equipamento UV. Em média, um tempo de 15 a 30 minutos é suficiente.
Dica: Mergulhar os modelos em água durante a pós-cura pode ajudar a reduzir deformações, especialmente em peças finas ou complexas.
Antes de cada uso, agite bem o frasco. Sempre use luvas e máscara ao manusear a resina.
Este produto não se destina ao uso interno. Não ingerir. Evite contato com os olhos. Em caso de contato acidental, enxágue abundantemente com água e consulte um médico se necessário. Mantenha fora do alcance de crianças.
Armazene a resina entre 15°C e 35°C, protegida da luz, poeira e umidade. A exposição prolongada à luz UV pode causar endurecimento prematuro da resina.
